This STAY offers access to two golf courses located near Los Alcázares in Murcia, on the shores of the Mar Menor – the largest lagoon in the Mediterranean Sea. Both courses are exceptional and incomparable.
Roda Golf
Roda Golf & Beach Resort is one of the best-known in the region. This stunning golf course offers a unique experience for golf enthusiasts. It is an 18-hole, par 72 course, designed by Dave Thomas. This golf course stands out for its high level of maintenance in all areas and its luxurious setting.
With a challenging design and the nice landscapes, you will immerse yourself in a naturally beautiful environment while testing your skills. The course is meticulously maintained, with perfect fairways, fast greens, and well-stocked bunkers.
The facilities include an excellent practice area; the driving range has nighttime lighting and recently installed Toptracer Range technology.
To recharge after your round, you can visit the restaurant, which boasts magnificent views of the golf course. It’s a paradise for golfers of all levels!
It’s important to mention that Roda Golf & Beach Resort is a private development composed of luxury villas, apartments, and townhouses surrounding the course, with beautiful communal gardens and swimming pools, and 24-hour security.

Serena Golf
Serena Golf is a golf course full of fun challenges. This 18-hole course was designed by former Ryder Cup player Manuel Piñero. Serena Golf is known for its abundance of sand bunkers (around 70) and numerous water hazards: 16 of the 18 holes feature water.
While the water presents a significant challenge for players of all levels, you’ll enjoy the natural beauty of these lakes and the surrounding wildlife.
The practice area on this course has the best area for short game practice that students will enjoy. In addition, the facilities include a clubhouse with a restaurant and a spacious terrace offering panoramic views.
This golf course is currently being transformed into a magnificent resort surrounded by a variety of modern buildings. Many of them are in the process of construction works now and already are available for purchase.
Hotel 525
The 4-star “Hotel 525” is the accommodation for guests who choose STAY1. It is located in the heart of Los Alcázares, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and solarium, a SPA that includes an indoor pool, sauna, gym, steam room, and jacuzzis. The hotel also has a conference room , a spacious breakfast room with an open terrace; the Rojo Bar, which is open in the late afternoon and evening and serves delicious meals; and a cocktail bar.
The Mar Menor lagoon is less than 2 km away, Roda Golf is a 5-minute drive, and Serena Golf is a 10-minute drive (transport is included in the price). For longer stays (14 nights or more), accommodation in an aparthotel in Los Narejos is available at a very competitive price (please inquire about the offer).
